Kannapolis

The city of Kannapolis sits on the northern end of Cabarrus county, with portions of the city actually being in Rowan County. Kannapolis is poised for growth and increases in property values, as the Charlotte and Concord areas become more and more expensive. The historic downtown is going through a major renovation plan, and there is a lot of excitement around what will follow.
